About The Chef

Carrie Dove's life-long enthusiasm for food and dedication to customer service find full expression in Carrie Dove Catering. She graduated from Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo, with a bachelor's degree in nutritional science before attending the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco where she received an associate degree in the culinary arts.

Her nutrition background coupled with her culinary training has allowed her to create healthy and fulfilling meals.
 


Prior to starting Carrie Dove Catering, she gained an enormous amount of experience over the past decade, working within the Bay Area food industry. Carrie's experience includes recipe development, public relations for high-end restaurants, food writing for the San Francisco Chronicle and teaching.
